The FCA has four active committees working to make Fernwood a better place to live, work, and volunteer.
Land Use
This committee acts as a liaison between residents, developers, and City Hall. The former Safety Committee has now been merged with the Land Use Committee.
Building
All things related to maintenance, improvement, and useage of the building at 1923 Fernwood Rd. This committee also has responsibility for Spring Ridge Common.
Cultural
Advocacy for Fernwood culture.
